We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Strict “No Refund-Only” Policy

To protect our business from fraudulent activities and maintain fair pricing for all customers, Archi Tech Lighting SA strictly prohibits “Refund-Only” requests.

  • No Refunds Without Return: We will never issue a refund under any circumstances unless the physical product is safely returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team.
  • Mandatory Return: If you claim an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you must still return the physical item to us.
  • No Retaining Items: Customers cannot keep the product and receive a refund at the same time. If you refuse to return the goods, your claim for a refund will be immediately rejected.

3. Return Process

If you need to return an item, please follow these precise steps:

  4. Ship the Package: Send the package back to our designated warehouse facility using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Responsibility for shipping costs depends on the nature of the return:

  • Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, or chose the wrong specifications, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives broken, physically damaged, or if we sent you the wrong model, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, you must still return the physical item before any refund or replacement is processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
