This Shipping Policy details our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, costs, and terms to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the conditions outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and Luxembourg public holidays).

  • Custom Orders: Specialized or custom-built architectural lighting fixtures may require additional production time. We will notify you of the estimated processing timeline via email.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, processing may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship our premium lighting solutions both locally and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • Domestic Shipping (Luxembourg): 1–3 business days.
  • European Union (EU) Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • International Shipping (Outside the EU): 7–14 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or customs clearance processes.


3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and trackable within 24 hours of dispatch. You can monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s official website.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Archi Tech Lighting SA handles customs and taxes based on the destination of the package:

  • Inside the European Union (EU): All applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is included at checkout. There are no additional customs duties for shipments within the EU.
  • Outside the European Union (International): Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs clearance fees and import duties. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • No P.O. Boxes: Due to the size, weight, and high value of our architectural lighting equipment, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. A physical street address and a valid contact phone number are mandatory for all deliveries.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We package our products with extreme care to prevent damage during transit. However, accidents can happen.

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order and notice visible damage to the packaging or the product, please take digital photos immediately. Contact our customer service team at cloudyf@archilightingshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery driver first. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can initiate an official investigation with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some oversized or highly delicate architectural lighting installations may require specialized freight shipping instead of standard courier services. If your order requires special transport arrangements, our logistics department will contact you directly to coordinate the delivery schedule and any additional handling requirements.
